news 4's megan mcgrath is live with details. megan? >> reporter: had happened a little while ago here. it's a robbery that involves a number of scenes. this is at the corner of madison and "h" street northwest. you can see we're right at the corner of the park. right over there, joe, if you can spin around here, that's the pillars to the east entrance of the white house here. we're very close to the white house. now, it began with a robbery attempt at 18th and jefferson. the victim of that robbery then pursued the suspects. shots were fired during that pursuit, and it all ended up here at madison and "h" streets. you can see they have the street blocked off. one of the cars that was involved, the victim's car, is here on the scene. there is a lookout for the suspects involved in here in this incident. police are looking for four men. they are armed and considered to be dangerous. they're in a white or silver lincoln with d.c. tags ec0424. they are armed, considered to be dangerous. if you see this car, you're not supposed to approach.

megan mcgrath is at national airport now and has the latest. megan? >> reporter: well, tom, we are still seeing cancellations and delays. look at the board here. we've got a cancelled flight to laguardia. here's another one on united to newark. another newark flight cancelled this morning. if you are trying to get to the new york area, your best bet is to call ahead of time. now, not all of the flights are cancelled. some are getting out of here on time. but we are seeing those cancellations. also seeing delays. so play it safe. call your carrier ahead of time. take a look at this video that we shot earlier this morning. we saw some folks sleeping in the terminal. they got trapped. they got stranded. they slept here and are trying to get out this morning. now, the carriers started to preemptively cancel flights yesterday before the weather even came, because it's very difficult for them to move planes around, the move crews around once they get socked in by the snow, so they cancelled many flights before we really had a problem. we spoke earlier to on

megan mcgrath is live there with more. megan, good morning. >> reporter: you can see behind me that firefighters are still here on the scene keeping watch over the warehouse here. there still is a little bit of smoke rising from the rooftop, but the flames, those have been knocked down at this point. this is a very difficult fire to fight here. it's in the warehouse district. this is the old union market warehouse district. there are a number of different wholesale vendors here in some of these very old masonry buildings. many of them sell meat products. others sell things like textiles, clothing, and it was one of those business where is they believe this fire began. we're talking about a warehouse that was crammed full of clothing and things that were very flammable that made this a very dangerous fire to fight. >> it's very scary because you don't want to lose any of your people. i came from the firefighter's point of view. it's what they train for. it's what they want to do and they're pretty well focused on it. this w
